You can lease one of our fully furnished homes from January – December for $3999.00 per month. HOA dues, boat slip, internet, and garbage are included in this rate with the guest paying for the power and water. Also you can always split the rental with friends and family!

Located in the Parker Creek area, Bolton Cove is very convenient by car or boat to Willow Point, Russell Crossroads, (SpringHouse, Catherine’s, The Stables), the original Landing restaurant and Children’s Harbor.
